How can I pay for my item?
Currently payment is accepted via Apple Pay, PayPal, Credit Card, Afterpay, Zippay and Laybuy. Payment must be made at the time of purchase.
If you select Afterpay, Zippay or Laybuy you will be redirected to the relevant website to complete your purchase securely.

What are your earrings made from?
I use a variety of mediums in my pieces: acrylic, acetate, resin and more! Each product listing outlines what materials are used in that piece/s.
I strive to use only the best quality materials in all of my designs.
I use surgical stainless steel ear wires/posts for the majority of my products - including my Silver, Rose Gold and Gold plated surgical stainless steel ear wires. However, some jewellery findings are only available as lead and nickel free. Every product listing specifies what ear wires/posts have been used.

Can you make clip on earrings?
Absolutely! Almost all of my styles can be converted to clip ons. Please contact me and I can arrange this for you.

Can you do custom orders?
Definitely! Custom orders are more than welcome! Drop me a line to discuss any ideas that you might have. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

How long will my order take to ship?
As most of my pieces are made to order, please allow approximately a week for your order to be created and processed. Some custom items may take slightly longer to create - this will be specified on the product listing if applicable.
Please note this does not include the shipping time.
All of our orders are posted via regular post with Australia Post. Orders over $75 will receive free post (Australia only). Orders over $125 will receive free express post (Australia only). Tracking and express postage are available at the customers expense. Choosing express post will not speed up the processing time. If you require an item urgently, please contact me prior to placing your order to discuss.

Do you ship items outside of Australia?
Yep, I sure do! The relevant shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds for change of mind or for incorrect choices made due to failure to read product descriptions. I have ensured that all product descriptions are detailed - it is the buyers responsibility to read this information carefully prior to purchase. Earrings and accessories cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Refund or exchange will be granted for defective items. Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your order so that I can address the issue. Please also include photographs so that I can assess the damage that has occurred.
