How To Order
We have two ways that wholesale orders can be placed:
1. Made to Order: login to the wholesale section of our website and shop from the password protected Wholesale Collection. These products are listed at our wholesale rate of 50%.
2. In Stock: order from the retail section of our website and enter code FFWHOLESALE at checkout. This code will take 50% off your cart total and will only work once there is a total value of $300 in your shopping cart.
Minimum Order
A minimum order amount of $150 applies to all wholesale orders.

Turnaround Time
1. Made to Order: we will make and process your order in approximately 3 weeks, unless otherwise advised. Please note: this estimate does not include the time required for postage.
2. In Stock: will be processed in our usual processing time of 1-3 business days. Please note: this estimate does not include the time required for postage.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Wholesale shipping rates will not be displayed at checkout until a minimum order amount of $150 has been reached. You will have the choice of tracked standard or express post.
*some customers have been unable to change the shipping method. If you are unable to select the correct postage option, we have added a product listing titled *POSTAGE* - please add your chosen postage option to your cart*

Please advise us of any issues with your order via email within 5 business days of receipt. Please do not return items to us until we provide you with a confirmation email.
Unfortunately custom items cannot be returned. Stock items can be returned for a full credit provided they are in original condition.

Please contact us before ordering any items marked as Special Order Items. These items have been marked as special order items due to limited availability, extended turn around times from suppliers, etc. We will confirm availability before you place your order.

Custom Orders
We are more than happy to accommodate custom requests where possible. Please note that premium materials may incur a surcharge when replacing a standard basic acrylic and minimum quantities may apply (based on requirements from our suppliers). A design fee may be applicable for custom orders.

Discontinued Items
If you find an item on our website that is not listed in the wholesale section, generally this means it is an item that we are discontinuing. If you are interested in any of these items please let us know - often they will still be available, we have just chosen not to restock them at this time.
